In 2025, the Western Sydney Symphony Orchestra will present five concerts. A very first New Year’s Concert in Sydney, to celebrate the first day of the new year. A Chinese New Year Concert, to celebrate the Chinese New Year with traditional Chinese music. Two Holiday Concerts with great classical symphonies, and one special concert associated with the Hills Orange Blossom Festival. All five concerts are different in style and cultural devices. Western Sydney Symphony Orchestra are excited to bring you the first New Year’s Concert in Sydney.
Directed by Dr Brian Chatpo Koo, the program features popular music for the New Year including “The Blue Danube” by Johann Strauss II and Peer Gynt Suite by Edward Grieg.
It should be an exciting experience to spend a very special day with wonderful New Year’s music on the 1st day of the year for a new year.
